Daily COVID-19 Update. 177 New Cases of COVID-19, Total 3,192.

Governor Andy Beshear said today at his daily Coronavirus Update said there were 177 new cases of COVID-19 in the Commonwealth today, bringing our total to 3,192. There have been 33,238 Kentuckians tested for Coronavirus. Of those, 1,076 have ever been in the Hospital with Coronavirus and there are 286 in the Hospital with Coronavirus now. There have been 558 Kentuckians ever in the ICU with COVID-19, there are 165 in the ICU now. Three have been 1,266 Kentuckians to recover from the Coronavirus.
There were 17 new deaths reported in the Commonwealth today, bringing the total to 171.
The Partnership with KrogerHealth and the Commonwealth is testing through Thu rsday at Madisonville, Paducah, Somerset, and Pikeville. Today’s totals. Madisonville tested 226 people, Paducah tested 138. Somerset tested 201 and Pikeville tested 118.
There are 2 new sites with testing, starting today. One is at the Murray Calloway County Hospital in Murray. They are testing Monday – Friday. Call 270-753-0704 to register. The other site is at Christian County. Hoping to test people at Tie-Breaker Park in Hopkinsville.
The Governor also talked about businesses to submit proposals for reopening their businesses. You can submit your details to HealthyatWork.ky.gov.
