10 Rules to Re-Open Kentucky. 230 New COVID-19 Cases Today

Governor Andy Beshear’s daily Conoravirus Press Conference today he rolled out the 10 Rules for reopening businesses.

Testing Plan
The plan for re-opening businesses will be rolled out tomorrow.
For Unemployment Insurance claims: The State is working on getting all of the March filers paid this week.
As far as Drive-Through Testing, there were 3 more sites coming online tomorrow. Those sites are in Morehead, Lagrange, and Maysville. That makes 14 sites conducting Testing in Kentucky, with more to come.
Lexington tested 282 Kentuckians today and 341 yesterday. Louisville tested 274 today and yesterday 336.
There were 230 new cases of COVID-19 in the Commonwealth today, bringing the total infected to 4,375.
There have been 52,411 Coronavirus tests in the Commonwealth. Of those, 1,331 have ever been in the Hosptial with COVID-19, there are 320 in the Hospital now with COVID-19. There have been 625 Kentuckians in the ICU for COVID-19, there are 170 in the ICU now. 1,617 have recovered from COVID-19.
The American Sign Language phrase we learned today was “Healthy at Work”.
