176 New Cases of COVID-19, Total 6,288.

At Governor Andy Beshear’s daily Coronavirus Press Conference, he announced that there were 176 new cases of COVID-19 in the Commonwealth, bringing the total in the state to 6,288 with 19 probable.
There have been 86,428 Kentuckians tested for Coronavirus, of those there have been 1,696 ever in the Hospital with Coronavirus, there are 369 in now. There have been 723 in the ICU ever with Coronavirus, there are 210 in now.
There have been 2,366 recovered in the Commonwealth, 36% of total tests.
Unemployment: The state has paid 690,000 people approximately $1.2 billion in Unemployment thus far.
Healthy at Work: The Commonwealth has released guidelines and minimum requirements for Healthy at Work. They added Government Offices and Agencies may open on May 18th. Funeral Homes may open on May 20th under the minimum requirements. These are listed at HealthyAtWork.ky.gov
Testing: There will be 19 places across the Commonwealth to get tested for Coronavirus.
