Positivity Rate: 5.71% (7-day Rollover Average)

Kentuckians Hospitalized with COVID-19: 4,024 (11.41%)
Now in Hospital: 641
Kentuckians in ICU with COVID-19: 1,267 (3.59%)
Now in ICU: 155

Total Deaths due to COVID-19: 775
Public Schools: Governor Beshear said he recommended waiting to begin In-Person Classes until September 28th, 6 weeks. Schools should begin with Digital Learning at the start.
General Fund and Road Fund Receipts: The General Fund and the Road Fun receipts have increased last month. The receipts total $905.1 Million, which is an increase from last June. The General Fund went up by 7%. The Road Fund increased by 7.2%
Hospitality Industry: Starting tomorrow (8/11) Restaurants may open their dining back to 50% inside capacity and they are wanting to maximize outdoor capacity.
Bars may reopen at 50% capacity.
Minimum Requirements for opening Bars and Restaurants: Enforce Social Distancing (6 feet or more)
All customers are seated and served at tables or booths.
Discontinue Bar seating and Bar service
Discontinue food and drink service by 10 pm local time.
Close Restaurants and Bars by 11 pm local time
Stay Seated with your group or household with 6 feet of distance between your group and the next group
All staff and customers are required to wear facial coverings.
