Positivity Rate: 4.77% (7-day Rollover Average)

Kentuckians Hospitalized with COVID-19: 4,399 (10.02%)

Testing: Last Week of the Kroger Testing at BCTC this week. Kroger will move to testing at their “Little Clinics” in stores.
Stopping Evictions: The Governor signed an executive order today that creates an Eviction Process that will help each side.
It is a series of steps before eviction begins.
The Landlord must give tenants 30 days notice prior to eviction with a meeting between the sides to work out repayment.
No Late fees or penalties may be incurred by the tenant during the period of March 6 – December 31, 2020.
The development of a $15 Million Healthy at Home Eviction Fund.
Applications may be started on September 8th.
