At Governor Andy Beshear’s daily Coronavirus Press Conference he said that there were 113 new cases of COVID-19 in the state today, bringing the total infected to 9,184 in the Commonwealth.
There have been 221,118 Kentuckians that have been tested for COVID-19. Of those, 2,180 have ever been in the Hospital with COVID-19, there are 494 in now. There have been 937 in the ICU with COVID-19, there are 88 in now.
There have been 3,181 Kentuckians that have recovered.
There were 9 new Deaths reported in the Commonwealth today.
Kentucky Kingdom will open on July 29th, in a Limited capacity with social distancing rules, mask-wearing, and other sanitary measures.
The week of June 29th will also see a limited opening of some pools. In VERY limited capacity and social distancing guidelines. (Lexington has closed their pools for the season.)
All State Parks will open on June 1st for lodging, cabins, golfing, and camping (one June 11th). Playgrounds and Pools will remain closed at those locations.
The Kentucky Horse Park will open on June 11th to the public.
